Life is not always simple or easy. A natural part of life is managing difficult situations or periods of time. However, there can be points when it feels as though it’s becoming too much to manage, and you are struggling to cope.

Working on a one to one basis with your therapist enables you

space in time in order to concentrate on the personal and

private issues that are causing you distress. Here, we work

relationally which means we understand the importance of

working well together.  Building trust and knowing that our

time together is confidential, helps to support and guide you

through these periods of your life.
